Return Policy:

If you are not satisfied with your purchase from our sellers and partners, you may exchange or return it for a refund within 14 days from delivery date. Remember, you will be responsible for your return shipping cost. Initial average outbound shipping fees of 65 THB on all orders with a total value of more than 1,500 THB and payment fees such as “Cash On Delivery” fees, “Credit Card Processing” fees, and “Bank Transfer” fees of 3% will be deducted from your total refund. All return and exchange merchandise must be in its original condition as received, include all accessories such as warranty card (if provided), manuals, serial numbered security tags (if provided), and packing materials to avoid refusal of the returned merchandise or restocking fees by our sellers and partners. Any signs of wear or removal of parts will result in refusal of your return.

If when you receive your purchase, there are any noticeable discrepancies or damages, or if the item is not what was ordered, please contact Ralunar within 5 days of delivery date of your shipment. Ralunar will make the necessary corrections with our sellers and partners.

A return shipping label is provided via email and as a print out in the received parcel. Please print the label and tape it to the shipping carton.

How to return or exchange an item

In order to return an item you need to attach a return shipping label to the returned parcel and drop it off at your local post office (ThaiPost or Kerry). All returns are subject to inspection prior to approving an exchange or a refund.

  • Place the original package into a shipping carton.
  • Include the invoice and the reason for the return. If defective, please specify the defect.
  • Please do not place stickers or shipping labels on the original manufacturer’s package.
  • Ship via insured ground service such as Thai Post or Kerry with a tracking number. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages.
